Bank of America Merrill Lynch successfully retained the Champions title for a second year in the LCD Touch Challenge. Coming from 2-0 down in the first half, the squad of just 7 players dug deep to defeat BP, 4-3 in the final. Gazprom came third, beating Barclays Capital in the play off.

BarclaysCapital dominated the LCD2010 Dragon Boat Challenge as a head to head battle between their Decathlon team and an Interns Wild Card team saw the young guns win with just a .09second lead! The Chevronites were a close third place - only 0.21 seconds separating the top 3 teams!

It was all smiles for the brilliant Blue Liners at the Lawn Bowls Challenge, as they came through a dramatic extra end in the final against SFC to take the title. SAC won the battle of the 3rd / 4th playoff to take the final podium position

The energy sector companies were all in contention for on the champions trophy at LCD2010 Orienteering event. Eventually BP took the title, Shell were placed second, Gazprom took third and Chevron were fourth!

After a hard fought final against The Blue Liners, and a close semi-final win over SFC, it was Team Deloitte who emerged unbeaten from the activitymix Touch Challenge to close the gap at the top of the Edinburgh Corporate Decathlon 2010.

Wonderful Wolfson Warriors win in the Wilderness |
Ok wilderness might be pushing it, but there are some wickedly prickly gorse bushes up Blackford Hill! Not so prickly, however, that they were able to deter The Wolfson Warriors from winning the ECD2010 Orienteering Challenge, and picking up 100 Corporate Decathlon points into the bargain - congratulations.

BarclaysCapital claimed their first victory of LCD2010 with a win in the Basketball challenge. The team have declared their ambition for a top three finish in the decathlon this year after coming last in 2009. Having found their way to the podium in all of the first three events, they are certainly on course for success!

The BLUE LINERS made it an impressive 2 wins out of 2 at the start of the ECD2010, defeating a barve Team Deloitte outfit in the final. Wolfson Warriors came in a well deserved third, just edging out Edinburgh Leisure.

In a toughly contested Cup final between oil giants Shell and BP, Shell were eventual victors in the LCD2010 Badminton Challenge. BarCap came third, Gazprom 4th.

BP Sunbury make first strike in 10 Pin Bowling |
LCD newcomers BP Sunbury have made a strong first impression as a team to be reckoned with! In the first event of the 2010 season, they scored 114 points more than runners up and energy sector rivals Chevron, winning the Ten Pin Bowling challenge. Congratulations BP!
